![]() Letting Ed down also feels wrong, since he (as I understood) brought himself in a situation where they would kill him anyways. So killing all of them, just because IT MIGHT BE that Tom abuses the missiles seems wrong. ![]() Tom seems really not that bad and certainly not everybody onboard is bad. Have a good day!įunny I jsut finished it too. So, what are your thoughts about it? I wanna know which ending you prefer. Still, I prefer the ending where Sam went back to the US with Tom because I wanna see Sam achieve his lifelong dream or maybe there's no good or bad ending either, which is the way I see it.įor one, I consider the "good" ending is where Sam sides with the Captain, where he thinks that Tom will be using the sub's nuclear weapons for war, but Tom said that he'll only use it to scare people in order for them to join him or for them to not mess with him.īut, I feel like it's not totally the good ending because Sam did everything he can just to go back to the US, and he'll waste his opportunity because of some possibility that there will be a "second nuclear war". I can't say for sure which is the good or bad one. I have finished Sam's Story DLC a few minutes ago, and when I finally reached the decision part, I felt like I'm really torn between two choices: either blow up the sub to possibly protect the world from another nuclear war but sacrificing your ticket to go home or don't blow up the sub and have a way to go home, but the captain dies.
